Here at Blarney Heights Farm, we sell fresh, always grass-fed and grass-finished, Dexter beef by the pound all year. We partner with a local USDA inspected butchering facility who specializes in traditional artisan techniques. Because of this, a wide array of Dexter beef cuts are available, along with the more traditional beef cuts.
Our beef is artfully dry-aged for 28 days, following butchering and beef preparation traditions of Ireland, then professionally vacuum-sealed or butcher-wrapped to ensure the quality and freshness of Blarney Heights Farm Dexter beef is maintained from our farm to your table. The exceptional taste of true, dry-aged beef is something you will not forget.
